We called Stonelink for a very leaky bathroom sink. They were able to come out in short notice and replace the sink with a whole new vanity. He did a wonderful job and didn’t break a single tile. Highly recommend!

Tim and his team were excellent. They changed a cast iron pipe system that cracked. . Simply an amazing job. They were on time to do the job and work till the job was finished. They were very courteous and covered things so that my home would not be damaged . I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We have had several good interactions with Stonelink. After I was unable to get another plumbing company to schedule a return visit I reached out to Stonelink and they were able to book me, in winter, for maintenance and an active issue the other company kept telling me wasn't important. Victor, their Navien expert, was professional, on time, and spent time explaining the issues going on with our heating unit. They have come out for emergency situations and provided quotes on larger work. Their prices are always very reasonable and they charge for actual work done rather than just for coming out. I'm happy to recommend them to friends and family.

These folks take pride in their work and they go out of their way to make sure you get quality service without breaking the bank. Our water heater needed an emergency replacement and they made navigating next steps seamless. Even though they couldn't replace the unit next day, they were highly personable and proficient the whole way through the process. They even stayed late to make sure the job got done in 1 day and was done the right way. Definition of trustworthy professionals.

From the initial call for service, to the final installation of my replacement tankless water heater, the people at Stonelink Plumbing & Heating were fantastic to work with. I got an appointment quickly, and then had the install done the following day after the estimate was created. The work was done with care and concern for my time, and the work area was left spotless. The technicians (Victor and Dan) were great... Very professional and knowledgeable as well! I will use Stonelink Plumbing & Heating in the future should the need arise. Thank you!

Israel provided excellent service and advice. The only negative came when I left the office a message requesting an update about the part he was looking for. I did not hear back. Israel did find a supplier, brought it over and got our disposal working. We appreciate his efforts and we will call Stonelink again.

Remediating a previous review I wrote: In all transparency, I previously wrote a pretty scathing review about my frustration around not receiving a quote.Tim soon after reached out, apologized, and explained what had happened, as it was a simple human error. I ended up moving forward with Stonelink, and am very happy with both their service and quality of work! Some of the work they did for me entailed, rerouting piping in my basement, adding new washer and dryer hookups, replacing my furnace & hot water heater, as well as replacing my kitchen sink faucet. They even helped assemble my bathroom vanity for me, and helped hook up some of my kitchen appliances. Overall, they went above and beyond and I am very happy with their workmanship. I also appreciate how responsive Tim is in scheduling me for any other problems that arise in my house. As a new homeowner who needed a lot of plumbing and heating work done, I would definitely recommend Stonelink for their quality, and reasonable prices.

Israel came in during a huge issue we had with our pipes and overflow in the tub and within 10 minutes of me rambling he had a plan for success! grateful we called stonelink when we did because our problems were all fixed in a very timely manner and Israel kept me informed during the entire process! I feel lucky we ended up going with the right company with an honest hardworking person to get the job done right the first time! Will definitely recommend stonelink to everyone in my area, 10/10 my wife and family are very happy customers because of their recent work on our home!
